Membership in the Society is open to all. Membership dues include a subscription to our journal. Dues rates are: $12.50 US per year for addresses in the United States (including Zip Codes in Puerto Rico), Canada and Mexico; $15.00 US per year elsewhere; and a special rate of $10.00 US per year for those who choose to receive our journal in *.pdf format by e-mail. Use the links below to select a membership application form to suit your needs: PDF to print a hard copy, fill out and mail in traditional style; FORM to download an MSWord Form version of the application, which you may complete on your computer; or ON-LINE (available soon) for those who wish to make on-line payment. Payment must accompany your application. |
